For the past 6 years, providing project management and test lead services for the Teachers' Retirement System of Montana's M-Trust application. The initial three phase multi-year M-Trust project was completed successfully within budget and on schedule, with all thirteen modules of the new Teachers' Retirement System system, an Employer Portal, an an Active Member and a Recipient Portal in production.
Developed and implemented an inventory management process and system for a Bozeman retailer with over a million in annual sales and 200,000 items in inventory, reducing fulfillment time by %50 and slashing out-of-stock orders to under 1%.
Created My Grants Manager, a SalesForce based grants management system for a grant writing and development services firm in Denver. Provided end-to-end systems analysis, development, project management and training services resulting in over 98% on time grant proposals.
Designed, presented, and led multiple process improvement and software enhancement programs that improved customer outreach, relationship management, and the sales process for John Hancock Financial Services Fixed Products division.
Led a team of diverse HR, IT and Operations Management professionals through an RFP process to evaluate external HR and Financial System application management vendors and implement systems management best practices.
Developed an integration strategy for an online Electronic Payments company to connect with client ERP systems. Managed product design, development, marketing, press releases and oversaw implementations.
